Hi, I’m Tiffiney…
I am a passionate and dedicated Yoga Teacher and Integrative Wellness Practitioner. My work is a fusion of ancient practices and modern living. It is my mission to explore the path of healing by living in alignment with nature and helping others do the same.
For me, practicing Yoga began as a personal exploration but quickly blossomed into a deep-rooted commitment to share the knowledge and wisdom I had gathered with others. Through my teaching I am here to help individuals rediscover their interconnection with all beings and recognize the profound impact forgetfulness has had on our world.
Nature serves as my sanctuary, I find solace and inspiration by immersing myself in its serene beauty and natural flows. Whether it’s practicing yoga, meditating, teaching, or cooking nourishing foods I embrace the healing power of nature as a catalyst for growth and self-discovery.
My approach to teaching is warm and compassionate, I invite students of all levels to embark on a transformative journey of self discovery and spiritual awakening. My classes and programs are infused with wisdom, mindfulness and deep respect for the sacred practices of Yoga & Ayurveda
Tiffiney's passion for yoga spans over a decade. One yoga class sparked her calling. In 2012, she completed her initial 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Elka Haeckel. She wasted no time, immediately diving into teaching full-time and delving into the study of yoga philosophy.
She then specialized in teaching yoga to children, training with Tiffany Gullberg, the owner of "If I Was a Bird," a yoga studio dedicated to kids aged two to teens. Tiffiney cherished imparting the essence of oneness and awareness to young minds beyond physical postures.
Continuing her education, she embarked on a 300-hour advanced training at the Soul of Yoga in Encinitas, making her a 500-hour advanced registered yoga teacher. This advanced training covered diverse areas, including Yoga for Mood Management, Yoga for Recovery, Yoga for Depression, Prenatal Yoga, Yin Yoga, and specialized yoga practices for health conditions.
Tiffiney's commitment to her students led her to explore Ayurveda through the Ayurvedic Living School, earning a 500-hour Ayurvedic Lifestyle Health Educator certificate. She deepened her knowledge by traveling through India exploring the home of yoga.
Today, Tiffiney offers both in-person and online yoga classes. She works one-on-one with clients, helping them rediscover their natural rhythms and find balance. Her teaching journey spans schools, hospitals, corporate offices, homes, and studios.
Tiffiney also leads sound healing sessions and retreats centered on Yoga and Ayurveda for overall well-being. Her guiding belief is that there's a part of this practice for everyone, and she aims to be the guiding light for her students on their unique journeys.
